Shipping Policy

At Bigwishbox, we want to ensure that your floral arrangements arrive fresh and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping process and policies.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00pm IST and all the deliveries will auto schedule for next-day for orders placed after 4:00pm IST. Our delivery rates may vary depending on the delivery location and the size of the floral arrangement. Please note that we do not deliver on certain conditions, like if experiencing bad weather. 

"As a responsible company, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our nation. In the event of any situation where the government advises to temporarily suspend services for the greater good, we may not operate as we did during the COVID-19 pandemic."

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or phone. You can use the tracking number to track your order status online.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and either issue a refund or provide a replacement arrangement.

Return Policy Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to make it right.
